The Department of Transportation (DOT) requires employers to provide specific training to any employee whose functions are associated with hazardous materials (HAZMAT). These functions may include loading, unloading, or preparing hazardous materials for transportation.

Our training will include the following topics:

  • general awareness and familiarization;
  • function specific;
  • safety; and
  • security awareness.

Each HAZMAT employee must receive this required training at least once every three years.
