OSHA 300 RECORDKEEPING
Many employers are subject to OSHA’s Injury and Illness Recordkeeping Rule. Accordingly, you may be required to maintain, at each establishment, a log of every recordable occupational injury or illness. These logs must be retained for a period of five years following the end of the calendar year to which they apply. Further, these logs must be maintained on-site and be readily available for inspection, when requested. The current year’s log must be posted on a date no later than February 1 and must remain in place until at least March 1.
Our service includes an analysis of your recordable incidents and assistance and guidance in complying with OSHA’s Injury and Illness Recordkeeping Rule.
